- Develops security designs and processes to conform with technology and environmental conditions (e.g., Federal Law, Intelligence Community (IC), DoD regulations and policies)
- Designs systems security and ensures the software engineers can implement those designs
- Develops and maintains applicable artifacts to support information system requirements
- Support the Authority to Operate (ATO) and meet FISMA obligations by working with the Assessment and Authorization (A&A) team and other key stakeholders
- Automating cybersecurity and penetration tests
- Oversee security protocols for computers, computer networks, and databases
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 8 years experience delivering cybersecurity solutions
- DOD Cyber hardening experience across multistage software builds and enclaves
- Ability to defend cybersecurity requirements and translate those requirements into software design constraints and requirements
- Experience leading cybersecurity and penetration tests
