- Develop and implement cybersecurity strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability scans to identify potential security threats.
- Monitor security systems for anomalies and respond to security incidents promptly.
- Lead and mentor a team of cybersecurity professionals, providing guidance and support.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the security of networks, systems, and applications.
- Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and best practices.
- Evaluate and recommend security tools and technologies to enhance our security posture.
- MUST HAVE a DoD Secret; TOP SECRET Clearance with SCI eligibility preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years experience cybersecurity.
- Minimum 5 years in a leadership position.
- Deep understanding of cybersecurity principles, technologies, and best practices.
- Experience in conducting risk assessments, vulnerability management, and incident response.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Highly preferred TS/SCI or Top Secret clearance
- Advanced degree or cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH)
