Job Descriptions & Duties:

Helpdesk Support
  • Location: 300 E 175th Street, Bronx N.Y. 10461_
  • Obtain IP address of device
  • Walk user through checking physical connectivity
  • Determine extent of issue, ie. One user or multiple users. what exactly is being affected
  • Troubleshoot printer issues
  • Identify and organize tickets according to priority and escalate tickets to engineers and technicians when necessary
  • Strong customer service orientation and patience

Desktop Support
  • Locations varies as per new deployment within NYC_
  • Imaging workstations
  • Desktop troubleshooting & repair (organization accounts in NYC)
  • Strong customer service orientation and patience
  • Able to communicate technical and user-friendly language

Pay:
$52, $54,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Work Location:
In person
