    Scentiment is a leading player in the direct to consumer fragrance industry, we are on a mission to democratize luxury fragrances for the masses. With a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences, we have established ourselves as a trusted brand known for quality and reliability. As we continue to grow and expand our operations, we are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day activities across our ecommerce, warehouse, finance, and buying departments.

    To ensure success as a media buyer, you should understand marketing principles well with a strong ability to analyze data / trends.

    Media Buyer Responsibilities:

    • You will be responsible for analyzing campaign performance, refining strategies for better outcomes, helping to develop new viral ads, and judiciously managing our advertising budget
    • Stay abreast of emerging trends in the digital advertising and social media marketing sphere, identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities
    • Your goal in this role is to grow our new customer base while maintaining an acceptable CAC
    • Creative – You love strategizing, developing, and implementing new ad creatives and campaigns
    • Funnel Optimization – You love keeping close track of how the sale funnel works overall and focus your efforts on moving the 1-2 numbers that need your attention that week
    • You're comfortable digging into the data and drawing conclusions on what needs to be adjusted to improve performance
    • Ad Buying – optimize audience sets, copy, creative and ad campaigns to hit CPM and CPC targets
    • You will also be responsible for reporting on a handful of KPIs, including, but not limited to CPM, CAC, CTR and ROAS etc.

    Media Buyer Experience Required:

    • Minimum 2 years of experience as a media buyer and social media marketer, preferably in the e-commerce industry
    • Proficiency in digital ad platforms including Meta Ads, Google Ads, Amazon PPC, YouTube Ads, TikTok Ads, and more
    • Solid understanding of social media marketing strategies and performance metrics
    • Ability to develop engaging content for a variety of social media platforms
    • Proficient with Excel and other data analysis tools
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Demonstrated experience working within a budget and achieving ROI targets
