Main responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents on behalf of executives.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare briefing materials for meetings, presentations, and projects.
- Act as a liaison between executives and external vendors and partners, ensuring effective communication and followup.
- Maintain office filing and organization systems, both physical and electronic; Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoice processing and expense tracking.
- Manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Anticipate the needs of executives and proactively address them to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Assist in App Testing and Quality Assurance by testing the mobile trading app on different devices and operating systems to identify and report any bugs, glitches, or usability issues from the user's perspective.
- Evaluate the user interface and overall user experience of the app. Suggest improvements to enhance usability and optimize the app for user satisfaction.
- Other special projects, events, and initiatives as assigned by executives of the company. This is a fastpaced environment and there will be adhoc projects as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar highlevel administrative role supporting senior executives.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fastpaced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with individuals at all levels, both internally and externally.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work, with a commitment to maintaining high standards of professionalism.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and tact.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision, as well as collaboratively as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends, and ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
