    What you need to know:

    • Starting Pay: $70,000-$80,000/yr
    • Hours: M-F 8am-5pm
    • Type: Direct Hire
    What you need to apply:
    • Bachelor's degree or 4 to 10 years related experience and/or training.
    • Proficient with MS Office, knowledge of TMM software or other ERP system.
    • Automotive or plastic injection molding industry experience highly desired.
    A typical day as a Sr. Buyer might include:
    • Create and issue all day-to-day purchase orders based on approved order requisitions, negotiating price and delivery terms where applicable.
    • Analyze market and delivery conditions to determine present and future material availability consistent with just-in-time inventory requirements.
    • Negotiate capital expenditure purchases to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms.
    • Collaborate with Quality Control to help qualify new potential suppliers and ensure adherence to quality standards.
