Enhanced Care Management (ECM) _is a statewide benefit available to select members with complex needs.

Enrolled members receive comprehensive care management from a single lead care manager who coordinates all their health and health-related care, including physical, mental, and dental care, and social services.

Enhanced Care Management makes it easier for members to get the right care at the right time in the right setting, and receive comprehensive care that goes beyond the doctor's office or hospital.


Position Title:
ECM IT Administrative Coordinator


Status:

W2 Employee at Compensation Salary (FTE) at $7,200 - $9,600 ($45 to $60 per hour average) per month plus health insurance benefits.


Reports to:
Operations Director/HR Administrative Coordinator/Executive Director


Overview:

TPF is seeking its support staff to lead the development and implementation of the information technology infrastructure for the ECM program specifically focused on pregnant/parenting adults, children, youth, and individuals experiencing homelessness, intellectual, or developmental disabilities.


Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Provide IT administrative support to the Executive Director and TPF team.
  • Institute protocols for the use of IT across departments and projects
  • Provide advice on the most suitable IT choices
  • Provide technical support or training for systems and networks
  • Act as link between end users and higher level support
  • Install and configure software and hardware (printers, network cards etc.)
  • Monitor system and network performance
  • Perform troubleshooting, repairs and data restoration
  • Performance maintenance activities (e.g. backups)
  • Maintain licenses and upgrade schedules for software and hardware
  • Collaborate with other professionals to maintain standards and functionality
  • Screen all incoming phone calls, inquiries, visitors, and correspondence, and route accordingly.
  • Maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information.
  • Manage complex office administrative work, requiring the use of independent judgment and initiative.
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate records and notes for meetings that they are present in.
  • Perform some outreach and coordination duties, such as planning and executing fundraising events.
  • Perform some video editing/social media technological support as needed.
  • Oversee projects to ensure they meet sensitive timelines and communicate effectively to track projects assigned.
  • Attain a general understanding of our operational systems: Google Workplace, Therapy Notes, Exym, Resilia, Intake Q, Slack, Quickbooks, and BluePrint-Health. Ensure systems are running smoothly by checking in with the Office Team. Notify Leadership of any concerns issues related to systems utilized.
  • Assist in coordinating in person and social media outreach with the Communications team.
  • Assist with managing completion of Admin Tasks assigned in Slack.
  • Assist with outreach events (day of and planning coordination).
  • Assist with Data entry and Organization.
  • Organize the business paperwork/important documents in Google Drive.
  • Assist in the growth and expansion of programming of TPF.

Experience:


  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative role in IT.
  • Experience in network management and help desk support is appreciated
  • Understanding of TCP/IP protocols and LAN/WAN configuration
  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair issues
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational and coordination abilities
  • BSc/BA in information technology or computer science is preferred
  • Certification (CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+ etc.) is a plus
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to change.
  • Experience supporting individuals with disabilities, mental illnesses, or challenging behaviors is a plus.

Pay:
$ $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
