Full-time Employment Immigration Paralegal or Legal Assistant needed for immigration law firm on Clairmont Road near I-85. Bachelor's degree is required. Some experience or paralegal certificate is preferred but not required. Prior experience does not have to be related. We will train.

Since 1982, Kennedy, Nalepa, & Soloway P.C. has been helping clients nationwide and internationally with their immigration legal needs.

We provide business-related and family-related immigration representation to Fortune 500 companies, investors, researchers, technology professionals, scholars, private individuals and families.

Job
Duties:

• Work directly with team of attorneys to ensure the highest quality of legal representation for our clients
• Independently manage case load in a fastpaced environment
• Communicate both orally and in writing with individual and corporate clients, as well as government agencies
• Monitor deadlines and expiration dates
• Manage client communication and government correspondence

Pay:
From $52,000.00 per year
