Description
Responsibilities:
- Room patients for the Doctor and Nurse Practitioners.
- Obtain vitals on all patients.
- Draw blood from patients.
- Operate the CBC machine initiate it in the morning, conduct daily controls, run CBCs, and troubleshoot any machinerelated issues.
- Administer injections to patients.
- Manage room stocking and order labs as necessary.
- Scan CBC reports into patients' charts.
- Maintain temperature logs and perform routine machine maintenance.
- Conduct PT/INR tests on patients, documenting the results in both charts and logs.
