Job Title: Data Modelling and PowerBI Lead Architect(Onsite)

Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead the design and execution of business intelligence solutions utilizing Power BI to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Collaborate with diverse teams to gather and interpret business requirements for reporting and analytics.
Create and manage Power BI dashboards and reports offering actionable insights.
Maintain the security and integrity of business data within Power BI environments.
Optimize data models and reports for enhanced performance and scalability.
Provide training and guidance to business users on Power BI tools and best practices.
Stay updated on the latest advancements in Power BI and related technologies, applying new features to enrich reporting capabilities.
Regularly review existing reports and dashboards to identify enhancement opportunities.
Oversee the transfer of legacy BI systems to Power BI platforms.
Effectively manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure timely delivery of BI solutions.

Required Qualifications:

14 to 18 years of relevant experience.
Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing Power BI solutions.
Thorough understanding of Power BI Report Server and Power BI Service.
Experience in data modeling, analysis, and visualization techniques.
Familiarity with SQL, DAX, and other query languages is highly advantageous.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to collaborate within a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Dedication to continuous learning and professional development in business intelligence and data analytics.
Required to be present at the client office.

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be open until 05/31/2024.

The annual salary range for this role is $113,000 to $186,000.00, depending on the candidate's experience and qualifications.

This role is eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and following Cognizant's applicable plans.
