The Vita Coco Company is seeking a Field Sales Execution Trainer to develop and elevate field execution excellence with our Retail Sales Managers (RSM). The trainer will design and deliver field training programs, conduct hands-on field coaching, and equip RSMs with the tools, standards, and competencies required to drive distribution, visibility, and retail performance across the entire Vita Coco portfolio.

- 15+ years of field sales experience.
- Strong understanding of retail execution.
