We are looking for experienced professionals (m/f/d) for the area of outpatient integration assistance for mentally and/or physically impaired children/adolescents in Lakesite, TN.


Your responsibilities:

  • Individual and needsbased support and promotion of children and adolescents with disabilities
  • Cooperation and communication with family members, work/training areas, social services, and other institutions
  • Participation in the creation and supplementation of individual participation plans, as well as independent preparation of work and annual reports

Your profile:

  • You have a background in social work, education, psychology, or other comparable fields of study/training, or you have experience working with people with intellectual/physical disabilities
  • Reliability, empathy, creativity, resilience, commitment, and good time management are among your strengths
  • You can handle sensitive information well and confidentially
  • You are willing to work 520 hours per week for at least one year and preferably for a longer period of time
