Description
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and lead a team of production workers in a warehouse setting
- Ensure that production goals and deadlines are met
- Train new employees on production processes and procedures
- Monitor production equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate workflow and resolve any issues that arise
- Maintain inventory levels and order necessary supplies
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet specifications
- Implement safety protocols and ensure adherence to safety guidelines
Experience:
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment
- Ability to assemble and fabricate products using hand tools and power tools
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair equipment as needed
- Familiarity with operating a forklift is a plus
