    Join Our Team as Market Manager in Minnesota!

    (Ideal Candidate located in Southern Minneapolis / St. Paul Areas)

    Your Responsibilities Include

    • Focus 90% on market expansion and development, 10% on office tasks
    • Establish and enhance distribution within assigned accounts
    • Demonstrate strong sales skills to secure orders and drive revenue
    • Identify sales opportunities and effectively communicate with clients
    • Set strategic sales objectives to meet quotas and targets
    • Create and update sales route lists for efficient planning
    • Maintain compliance with industry regulations
    • Address and resolve customer issues promptly
    • Organize, update, and manage sales route lists and key buyer information
    • Prepare and maintain sales kits with essential materials
    • Build and nurture positive relationships with clients
    • Assist customers with product placements and promotions
    • Exhibit discipline to achieve monthly targets
    • Participate in training sessions and sales meetings
    • Communicate effectively with various internal and external stakeholders
    • Demonstrate flexibility in working hours
    • Adapt and collaborate with diverse personalities
    • Maintain optimal inventory levels based on sales trends
    • Conduct product samplings in accounts
    • Utilize Customer Relationship Management Tool (Hub Spot)

    Qualifications and Skills

    • 1-3 years of sales experience preferred
    • Excellent communication and persuasion abilities
    • Goal-driven and assertive mindset
    • Familiarity with liquor industry and consumers preferred
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
    • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel
    • Valid driver's license and insurance
    • Ability to obtain necessary permits
    • Strong multitasking and decision-making skills
    • Understanding of pricing and promotions
    • Ability to work well in a team
    • Strong selling and strategic thinking skills
    • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
