Production Machine Operator - Tropical Park, United States - SilverTech
Description
- Working in compliance with occupational safety and quality standards at Tropical Park
- Operating and maintaining production and packaging lines
- Conducting quality checks and production controls
- Performing CCP and oPRP checks according to HACCP concept and documenting them according to standard work instructions
- Ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and order at the entire workplace
- Cleaning the area according to cleaning instructions
- Communicating with other packaging departments to ensure smooth operations
- Implementing internal measures and requirements to improve production processes
- Completed training in the food industry (dairy specialist, food technology specialist, brewer, or related professions) or completed technical training is advantageous
- Experience with packaging and production machines and a good technical understanding
- Strong awareness of safety and hygiene
- High level of teamwork, flexibility, resilience, and responsibility
- Proactive work style and good communication skills
- Willingness to work shifts and weekends
- Basic knowledge of MS Office is beneficial
- Good knowledge of German language, both written and spoken
