Your tasks:

Implementation of legal regulations and company guidelines in fire protection as a fire protection officer according to vfdb guideline 1209/01 of the company group, embedded in the safety & radiation protection department
Accompaniment and support of approval procedures, site inspections and inspections by supervisory authorities and customers with a focus on fire protection
Creation and maintenance of fire protection concepts, fire brigade deployment plans, alarm plans, risk assessments, operating instructions, etc. with special consideration of the requirements of occupational and radiation protection in cooperation with architects, fire brigades, radiation protection officers, etc.
Monitoring of ongoing operations of structural, technical and administrative fire protection measures at the locations
Supervision and implementation of external contractor management with permission and hot work permit procedures, as well as accompanying and monitoring maintenance and repair operations on site.
Assumption and support of other areas in the representative department, e.g. deputy security or air cargo security officer
Planning, organization and supervision of external and internal training events with a focus on occupational safety, fire protection, dangerous goods, object security and radiation protection
Administrative operation and data collection in the HSE software

Your ideal qualifications:

Scientifictechnical vocational training as a master or technician
Several years of relevant professional experience in the HSE sector, preferably in the chemical, R&D or medical field
Fire protection officer with very good knowledge of structural and technical fire protection according to vfdb
