Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced office manager to join our team. If you are skilled in QuickBooks, Excel, Microsoft Word, payroll management, quoting, invoicing, payables, receivables and overall office administration, we want to hear from you


Responsibilities:


  • Manage daytoday office operations efficiently and effectively.
  • Handle payroll processing and ensure timely payments
  • Generate and manage invoices with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiently navigate QuickBooks for financial tasks.
  • Manage accounts from quoting through the sales process.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, filing, and correspondence.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as an office manager or similar role.
  • Expertise in QuickBooks, Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks

Pay:
$50, $80,000.00 per year

Experience:


  • QuickBooks: 5 years (preferred)
  • Administrative experience: 3 years (preferred)
