full-time Veterinary Office Manager. We are looking for a seasoned Front Office Manager with previous experience working in a medical or veterinary office.

This position comes with a negotiable salary of
$55,000/year.

WHAT YOUR DAYS LOOK LIKE

You typically work from
7:45 am to 6:30 pm, Monday through Friday and
8:00 am to 4:00 pm every other Saturday.

You have a day off in the middle of the week.

As our Veterinary Office Manager, you ensure each pet patient and human client receive stellar care and a warm welcome.

You oversee client interactions, manage accounts receivables, and keep the appointment flow running smoothly. Bringing your leadership skills to the forefront, you also help hire and coach office staff. This is your chance to work alongside a great team and help provide care for the cute pets in our community

REQUIREMENTS

5+ years of customer service experience
4+ years of experience in a medical office
Some leadership experience
Some business credits
A positive attitude and a team spirit
