    Description
    GridironIT is seeking a Technical Program Analyst local to the Arlington, VA area.
    TS/SCI clearance is required.100% onsite delivery is required.

    The Opportunity:

    Are you searching for a position where you can use your project management and analysis skills to develop a project from concept to completion? A program requires a significant investment of limited resources.

    With that level of complexity, you need to keep the project on a productive path.

    That's why we need you, a skilled program management specialist who can ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication.


    You will apply project management best practices to support a DoD Program Management Office with managing process improvements, staff and schedule trackers, program governance, and identifying process automation strategies to improve effectiveness and efficiency.

    You will support the development of program and process documentation and reporting as well as tasks that inform program leadership and senior executives in the DoD chain of command.

    You will work with government activities and contractor personnel to meet project milestones and minimize risk while identifying issues and developing recommendations for issue resolution for program and client leadership.


    You Have:

    10+ years of experience with DoD or civilian project management and continuous project improvement in an Information Technology environmentExperience as a Project Manager overseeing the deployment of complex information systems for the Department of Defense or Intelligence CommunityExperience collecting and synthesizing details of program staff activities into succinct reports and presentations for senior leaders of a client organizationAbility to be a self-starter, working independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentAbility to provide innovative solutions to program and client challenges in an environment of shifting prioritiesAbility to establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients and team members from other contracting companiesTS/SCI clearanceHS diploma or GEDProject Management Professional (PMP) or other project management Certification

    You Have:


    Experience as a Project Manager overseeing the deployment of cloud systems for DoD and IC clientsExperience analyzing information requirements to include product life cycle and emphasis on DoD Acquisitions procedures related to information systemsExperience with Microsoft Project, Microsoft SharePoint, and Microsoft TeamsExperience in a PMO managing or implementing Agile, Scrum, or DevSecOps methodologies.

    Experience as an engineer or administrator of IT networks, systems, or cloud architecturesBachelor's degreeITIL CertificationAgile or Scrum Master Certification

    Clearance:

    Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
