As the Head of our Accounting and Controlling department, you will play a crucial role and be responsible for our professional service.

What does a Head of Accounting and Controlling do at flex|pos?

  • Planning, reporting, and forecasting of KPIs (monthly forecasting, closing activities), including income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow
  • Conducting central cost planning, forecasting, and reporting processes and acting as a key account for senior management in costrelated matters
  • Actively participating in and supporting performance projects and adhoc requests from management
  • Continuously improving and establishing uniform standards for cost controlling to increase transparency and cost awareness

What are the required qualifications for a Head of Accounting and Controlling?

  • University degree in economics, finance, business administration, or equivalent
  • Proven knowledge in a controlling/finance field, preferably with IT knowledge
  • Solid understanding of income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow
