    We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Room Inspector to join our housekeeping team at Colcord Hotel. The Room Inspector will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and presentation in our guest rooms. This position requires a keen eye for detail, strong leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in housekeeping or a related field.
    • Proficiency in English, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate with guests and team members.
    • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
    • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and coach a team.
    • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
    • Physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
    • Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and products used in hospitality settings.
    • A genuine passion for hospitality and a dedication to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
