The community of property owners consists of 7 owners. The building does not have an elevator. We need someone to take care of the day-to-day tasks of the community. There are some renovation works needed for the facade. Each owner only pays 20€ per month since there is no elevator and the expenses are very low. I am interested in obtaining information and proposing to the board of owners the representation of a property manager.- Type of community Private
