Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Engagement Manager to join our team.
As an Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various engagement initiatives to support our organization's goals.
This role requires strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for making a positive impact in the community.
Duties:
- Collect and analyze data to identify engagement opportunities and trends
- Develop and implement engagement strategies to increase participation and involvement
- Manage projects related to community outreach, public health campaigns, and volunteer programs
- Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders
- Utilize social media platforms to promote engagement initiatives and engage with the community
- Oversee fundraising efforts and develop strategies to secure financial support for engagement programs
- Recruit, train, and manage volunteers to support engagement activities
- Provide administrative support such as maintaining records, preparing reports, and managing budgets
- Educate stakeholders on the importance of community engagement and its impact on public health
Skills:
- Strong project management skills with the ability to plan, execute, and monitor multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Knowledge of market trends and best practices in community engagement
- Familiarity with public health principles and practices
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in volunteer management and coordinating outreach programs
- Proficiency in social media management platforms for promoting engagement initiatives
- Ability to develop and execute fundraising strategies
- Strong recruiting skills to attract volunteers and stakeholders
- Passion for educating others about the importance of community engagement
