To support our internal team, we are looking for a Junior Project Assistant for an automotive manufacturer (m/f/d).

YOUR TASK PROFILE

  • Supporting project management in the preparation, execution, and evaluation of respective events and trainings
  • Preparing email newsletters for participants and colleagues
  • Assisting in the maintenance, management, and use of applications for our events (training platform, participant management platform, various platforms from suppliers)
  • General research tasks
  • Hands-on support on site

YOUR QUALIFICATION PROFILE

  • Identification with the goals of Way Business Solution and BMW
  • Efficient, independent, and reliable work style as well as high flexibility
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Project management experience is an advantage
  • Vocational training or first professional experience, preferably in event management
  • Very good German and English skills
