Description

To strengthen our team in our IT department, we are currently looking for you as an IT specialist - 1st/2nd support (m/f/d).

Your tasks:
You will support in ensuring our 1st/2nd level support.
You will be responsible for the system-wide components of the IT landscape.
You will coordinate and monitor external service providers/partners.
In your role, you will manage the IT asset including the database, software distribution, and update service.
Diagnosing system errors and implementing problem solutions are among your main tasks.
You will act as a bridge between business and IT.
Together with your colleagues, you will support individual IT systems (service, technical and professional).

Your profile:
You have completed an IT-specific vocational training (e.g. IT specialist) or a comparable qualification and ideally have several years of professional experience.

Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as your sense of the bigger picture and long-term impact, set you apart.

Knowledge of the energy industry and a high awareness of quality, security, and data governance are desirable.
You possess organizational skills, quickly recognize structures, and have a high level of comprehension.

In addition to your communication and assertiveness, resilience, and strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on mentality, you have a flexible mindset.

A friendly
