We are looking for a competent and team-oriented Business Administration Manager with a focus on Human Resources for a long-term position through direct placement.

This position is full-time and is with an innovative and internationally operating service company located in 28217 Bremen.

The company is known for its reliable and efficient approach, providing solutions and going the extra mile for its clients.

As a Business Administration Manager, your responsibilities will include managing and organizing onboarding and offboarding processes, acting as a point of contact for employees, managers, and the executive team, coordinating and conducting recruitment activities such as posting job vacancies, managing applicants, and conducting interviews.

You will also work closely with the works council to establish company agreements and handle other HR-related matters. Additionally, you will conduct performance development discussions and oversee employee training and development.
