- Processing customer and employee inquiries
- Maintaining customer data
- Creating and maintaining Excel lists
- Communication with health and nursing insurance companies and other funding agencies
- Mail processing
- Administrative tasks Your Profile
- Completed vocational training as an office management clerk or comparable education
- Above-average knowledge of office applications
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Excellent communication skills, empathy, and team spirit
