About Us:


  • The Schön Klinik Roseneck, with locations in Prien am Chiemsee and Rosenheim, a day clinic in the eastern part of Munich, and a day clinic in Prien, is one of the largest and internationally recognized specialist clinics for psychosomatics in Germany.

We are currently seeking a full-time Head of Therapies (m/f/d) to join our clinic management team as soon as possible or by agreement.


Your Responsibilities:


  • Ideally, you will also serve as the department head for one of the subdepartments.
  • Organizational and disciplinary management of the therapy teams in the fields of nutrition, art therapy, sports and movement therapy, and social therapy, consisting of approximately 35 employees.
  • Interdisciplinary collaboration with the nursing, psychological, and medical services.
  • Participation in projects.
  • Conceptual and strategic development of therapies as a member of the clinic management team.
  • Ensuring processes comply with applicable structural guidelines, as well as professional and economic aspects.

Your Profile:


  • You ideally have completed a therapeutic education or degree in a healthrelated field.
  • Ideally, you have many years of experience in leadership within the therapeutic field at Schön Klinik Roseneck.
  • You have good computer skills, organizational and negotiation skills, and a high level of flexibility and commitment.
  • You work independently and have an open, collegial communication style.
