Night shifts, care, household, assistance (m/f/d)

We are looking for individuals to provide care and assistance in a calm and friendly environment in West Kittanning.

Your responsibilities will include assisting with personal care, preparing meals, assisting with physiotherapy exercises, going for walks, and independently managing household tasks.

The person you will be assisting is partially paralyzed and uses a wheelchair, but is still interested in various activities such as nature, agriculture, literature, and music.

The shifts will start in the evening (or 9:00 PM), include a night shift, and end the following day at 9:00 AM.

During the night shift from 10:00 PM to 5:30 AM, you may be called for 20-minute tasks one or two times.

The rest of the time, you can sleep in the living room. We will create a monthly schedule together. Availability to work on weekends and holidays is required.

For this position, the hourly rate is €14.50 during the day and €12.41 plus a 10% night shift bonus for the night shift.

The person you will be assisting has been employing assistants for 10 years through a Personal Budget in the employer model.
