    Isola, an industry leader in global materials sciences whose mission is to improve life by enabling innovation in electronic products, is hiring a Human Resources Coordinator at our Ridgeway, SC facility.


    Schedule: Flexible hours 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM M-F


    Work Arrangement: Onsite


    Employment Type: Full-Time

    Compensation: $20-$25/hr


    The Role:

    The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for supporting data entry, employee record-keeping processes, and employee engagement initiatives. Maintain personnel records. Responsible for HRIS integrity, input, audit, and maintenance. Assist with Human Resource projects. This role will report to the HR Manager.

    Job responsibilities:

    • Develop skills in all administrative HR functions (on-boarding, hourly staffing, scheduling).
    • File maintenance and security of employee records.
    • Prepare orientation documents.
    • Assist with employee engagement events and recognition initiatives.
    • Become proficient end-user of HRIS Systems
    • Process changes and administration of the HRIS system- inputs general HR changes and new hire information
    • Assist with general HR inquiries and employee self-service questions.
    • Accepts backup assignments and other duties as assigned by management.
    • Establishing employee relations and helping to maintain a culture of excellence.
    • Assist in sourcing, screening and recruiting candidate by using databases, social media and ATS system.

    Qualifications:

    • 2+ years of previous Human Resources Admin experience- required
    • Previous experience with HRIS system- preferred
      • Working knowledge of SuccessFactors, Dayforce, and Kronos is a plus
    • Basic Microsoft Office experience- required
    • Effective organizational and interpersonal skills including communication and conflict management.
    • A high degree of Confidentiality/Integrity is a must.
    • Ability to work a flexible schedule.

    EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

    • Two-year college degree preferred.
    • Work experience in office management/administrative functions preferred.
    • Intermediate to advance software skills in Microsoft Word and Excel is required
