Position Overview:

As a Project Coordinator at Certified Incorporated, you will be the driving force behind the scenes, ensuring our projects run like a well-oiled machine.

You'll play a vital role in coordinating materials, scheduling installations, and ensuring our dedicated crews are on time and fully aligned with the scope of work.

Your excellent communication skills will shine as you interact with customers, conduct follow-up calls to ensure their satisfaction, and handle final payment collections over the phone.

Responsibilities:

• Order materials and track inventory to ensure timely project completion.
• Schedule installations and coordinate with our skilled crews to guarantee ontime service.
• Communicate project scope to crews and address any questions or concerns.
• Conduct followup calls with customers to ensure their satisfaction and gather valuable feedback.
• Handle final payment collections over the phone.

Pay:
$45, $54,281.56 per year
