Mallory Safety and Supply is currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our ENSA Team in Mukwonago, WI

As a Customer Service Representative, Here is How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Learn, navigate, and use Prophet 21 to provide customer service
  • Resolve issues with customer orders in a tactful manner
  • Partner with the branch sales team to drive business
  • Assist with miscellaneous projects as needed

Here is What We Need From a Customer Service Representative:

Required Skills and Abilities -

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong time and project management skills with the ability to multitask
  • Strong computer and data entry skills highly desired, including Microsoft Office

Education and Experience -

  • 12 years of experience in customer service leadership skills are required
  • Business to business (B2b) customer service experience preferred
  • Construction, safety, or industrial supply experience is preferred
  • High School Diploma or GED required

Physical Requirements -

  • Sedentary role that requires staring at a screen for up to 8 hours a day
  • Occasional bending, twisting, standing, and stooping
  • Lifting up to 50 pounds on occasion
