Position Overview:

• We are Urgently looking for HHAs. We offer excellent pay,
  $1821/
  hr.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with daily living activities
• Communicate ongoing care results and updates to relevant parties
• Collaborate with clients and families for best care opportunities
• Maintain a healthy and comfortable living environment
• Provides inhome support services to individuals receiving services, including personal care such as assistance with bathing, dressing, eating, respite care, life skill activities, and shopping for participants
• Provides, assistance to individuals in the areas of daily living and personal care
• Establishes a therapeutic relationship with the individual receiving services to ensure effective guidance, support and service delivery
• Ensures objectives are met in accordance with the Care Plan
• May coordinate, organize and/or assist with household activities such as light housekeeping and meal set up according to state requirements
• Maintains current progress and service notes and submits all required documentation and verbal feedback to Supervisor
• Promotes positive relationships with individuals receiving services, families, payers, and community representatives

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Stateissued Home Health Aid certification or CNA license is required
• All state required training and certification completed in mandated timeframes.
• Previous experience in personal care or other related fieldsCompassionate and caring demeanor
• Ability to build rapport with clientsExcellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Types:

Pay:
$ $21.00 per hour
