overseeing the ITSM platform, ensuring alignment with business strategy and platform governance guidelines, promoting the use of the ITSM platform, realizing value potential, monitoring ServiceNow instances, formulating the vision and business value in building, supporting, and developing the platform, making design configuration decisions to ensure a seamless user experience, and assisting in creating detailed documentation for workflows and implemented services.

a degree in business administration, business informatics, or computer science, or a comparable education with experience in service management, experience with ITSM/ITIL processes and platforms, project management experience with agile practices, ideally certified in ITIL or other ITSM frameworks, basic knowledge of IT applications, systems,
