We are transforming our train stations into innovative centers of mobility, which include not only traditional transportation options, but also bike-sharing and car-sharing services. Join us in creating the gateway to the city and providing access to the railway system.

We are currently seeking a Quality Manager for our Passenger Train Stations division at our office location in Berlin. Some remote work is possible in our company.
Your responsibilities:
  • You will develop the quality management system for the quality of planning services in construction management and continuously monitor and improve it
  • You will develop measurement methods for quality control and for identifying and evaluating defects, determine their causes, and create action plans to systematically prevent them, ensuring their implementation and effectiveness
  • You will conduct audits, develop qualification concepts for planning and construction, identify training needs, and also lead training events
  • You will advise the operational project departments in the regions on quality inspection methods and procedures
  • You will independently write concepts, coordinate them across departments, and ensure their implementation nationwide
  • You will create analyses, statistics, and statements for the safety report, maintain a professional network for the quality management system, and represent the company in professional committees
