PermanentWhat you will do with us:

  • You will control the processing of incoming retrofit and spare parts orders for the machines of our Optima Consumer business unit and monitor the implementation of necessary measures until the orders are completed on time.
  • In close cooperation with purchasing, technical departments, and customer service, you will clarify the scheduling for the orders.
  • As a central interface, you will keep an eye on the order deadlines and be responsible for capacity planning and monitoring of workshop employees.
  • You will also be responsible for creating certificates and checking the orders for completeness and accuracy.
  • To ensure optimal utilization and timely delivery of customer orders, you will continuously optimize processes and evaluate delivery reliability.
