Your Responsibilities:


  • Your main task is to define and process work packages related to technical complaints, claims, and compensation demands in Beasley, TX
  • You will also be responsible for coordinating internal and external departmental discussions, as well as planning and controlling all project scopes
  • You will be in charge of analyzing, defining, and documenting technical issues in the overall vehicle
  • You will act as a point of contact for customers, experts, and workshops, and will be responsible for the strategic direction of future project scopes

Your Qualifications:


  • You have a technical degree with a focus on automotive engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics, industrial engineering, computer science, or technology management
  • Ideally, you have completed an apprenticeship as a car mechanic/mechatronics technician or have experience as a car expert
  • You have gained knowledge in project management through internships or working student positions
  • You have a quick grasp and an organized and structured way of working
  • You have fluent German and English skills, as well as good MS Office knowledge
