Responsible for various facility cleaning and custodial duties
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
(Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.)Cleans the company cafeterias, lunchrooms, restrooms, conference rooms and office spaces on a daily basis.
Vacuums carpeted office areas and mops tiled and concrete office areas on a monthly basis.
Maintains coffee, ice and popcorn in the R&A Building cafeteria on a daily basis.
QualificationsQUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, or tools and occasionally must reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and smell.
The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee frequently works near moving mechanical parts, and is exposed to fumes or airborne particles.
The employee occasionally works in high, precarious places, is exposed to toxic or caustic chemicals; and works in outdoor weather conditions.
