Description
The team of the outpatient assisted living supports people with addiction and/or mental illness in organizing their daily lives and building social contacts. This is a part-time position (20 hours per week - appointments will be arranged independently with clients within the weekly working hours).
Your responsibilities
- You will support people with addiction and/or mental illness in their own homes, therefore a driver's license is required
- You will assist people in their daily lives at home or while out and about
- You will help in conversations to develop personal desires and resolve conflicts
- You will promote friendships, family contacts, and leisure activities
- You will collaborate with doctors, therapists, family members, legal guardians, and other network partners
- You will document your work and participate in needs assessments
Your experience
You have a degree in social pedagogy or social work, work independently, and value teamwork for collegial exchange. A high level of self-organization completes your profile.
