This position is currently open for both first and second shifts.

Responsibilities / Duties:

Read blueprint and work orders for product specifications.
Operate CNC Mills in production operations.
Change out and set tools to meet print requirements.
Maintain accurate dimensional tolerances based upon drawings.
Use measuring tools and gauges to ensure quality of product and do inprocess inspection.
Conduct and document as inprocess inspection.
Interacts with department staff, supervisor and programmers as required.
Must maintain a clean and organized workstation with only items directly relevant to the job present.
Maintains machinery Daily Preventive Maintenance Log and adds fluids as needed to ensure the machinery is in running order.
Accurately log job time into Vantage system
Other duties may be assigned.

Job Requirements:

Ability to interpret prints accurately.
Possess welldeveloped problemsolving skills.
Communicate clearly orally and in writing. Ability to operate at a high level of efficiency.
Must be professional, dedicated, and detail oriented.
Ability to work well with others and be a team player.
