Job Overview:

_The Full-Time Dispatcher will coordinate among drivers, terminals and internal teammates and customers with daily dispatching related tasks and other duties.

-
Duties/Responsibilities:_

  • Track, trace and update the shipment status daily.
  • Run reports daily to ensure all shipments status are updated/followedup properly.
  • Report to Management when there are any issues.
  • Perform other duties as requested/assigned by the Manager/Supervisor.

Qualifications Required:_

  • Highschool or above education.
  • Minimum Typing Speed 50 WPM or higher
  • Intermediate and/or advanced skill level in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet Browser Navigation
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal (verbal, written and phone), strong followup skills
  • Have a strong desire to learn and grow
  • Must be a fast learner with a positive attitude and can work independently, as well as a team player
  • Must be a US Resident

  • Bilingual: English and Chinese
  • Minimum 1years' working experience in the freight forwarding or trucking dispatching industry
