Description

The Schwarz IT department is responsible for managing the entire digital infrastructure and all software solutions for companies within the Schwarz Group.

This includes selecting, providing, operating, and continuously developing IT infrastructures, platforms, and business applications.

In order to support the business processes of various departments with optimal IT solutions, Schwarz IT consults with these departments to understand their requirements and collaborates with them to develop professional and high-performance IT solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

Developing and operating our current store management solution for Kaufland and Lidl International
Contributing to the customer journey and prioritizing the product backlog
Planning and implementing new features and services in an agile manner with the development team
Working in a crossfunctional team with business departments, application development, and infrastructure
Ensuring quality through regression testing and software releases

Your profile should include:

A degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration with an interest in technology, or a similar qualification
Practical experience in agile software development, preferably using Scrum, for clientserver applications, web, and mobile apps
Familiarity and understanding of software and hardware architectures, as well as related interface technologies
Knowledge of processes, tools, and methods for software implementation in an international environment
Fluent in German and very good English skills
