Sales Representative for Telephone Sales (m/f/d) (career changers welcome)

Full-time, permanent, direct placement, location Düsseldorf

Responsibilities

This is what awaits you with us:

Independent, telephone acquisition of new fiber optic customers in the business customer sector
from the first call to order completion
Building and maintaining sustainable, longterm customer relationships
Creating targeted, tailored offers and consistent (and charming) followup on offers
Telephone support for acquired customers
Data maintenance and documentation of customer contacts within our CRM tool

Goal:

The telephone acquisition of high-quality new customers and the establishment of sustainable relationships in the B2B sector with the aim of high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

This is what will impress us:

Extensive experience in telephone sales or telemarketing, outbound telephone calls, direct marketing or similar (knowledge in the fiber optic sector is not a must)
Ideally experience with B2B customers
An open, communicative and goaloriented approach to work
The ability to professionally handle challenging communication situations
Proficient in IT and standard software
