**Wheelcare Express Inc is in search of a dynamic and seasoned professional to assume the role of Regional Manager for our Sacramento office. The Regional Manager will spearhead all facets of office operations, staff supervision, and the seamless delivery of services.


Responsibilities and Additional Duties:


  • Oversee daytoday office operations, including managing a team comprising schedulers, dispatchers, and drivers.
  • Lead, inspire, and nurture a team of 5 to 7 employees, fostering high performance and job satisfaction.
  • Develop and uphold systems for equipment and inventory tracking within the regional office.
  • Coordinate closely with fleet management partners to schedule vehicle maintenance and repairs.
  • Liaise with billing and accounting departments to ensure timely fund collection and financial adherence.
  • Ensure compliance with pertinent local, state, and federal regulations governing the transportation sector.
  • Collaborate with senior management to craft and execute strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and expanding service offerings.
  • Implement quality assurance measures to uphold service excellence and customer contentment.
  • Devise and supervise emergency response procedures to effectively manage critical incidents and contingencies.
  • Manage the regional budget, monitor financial performance, and identify avenues for cost containment and revenue enhancement.
  • Develop and implement training modules to augment staff skills and proficiencies.
  • Foster and sustain positive relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, regulatory bodies, and community partners.
  • Establish performance metrics and conduct regular evaluations to gauge staff performance and facilitate individual and team development.
  • Identify opportunities for process streamlining, operational enhancement, and service refinement.
  • Maintain transparent communication channels with all stakeholders, furnishing regular reports and updates to senior management.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in office management or the transportation industry.
  • Strong logístical background preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Smartphone Applications.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Experience in AI scheduling is a plus.

Salary:


We offer a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications, with potential for performance-based bonuses.
