Job Description:


As an SAP Real Estate Consultant, you're likely responsible for implementing and customizing SAP Real Estate Management (SAP RE-FX) solutions for clients.

Your role involves understanding clients' real estate business processes, requirements, and challenges, and then configuring SAP RE-FX to meet those needs.

This might include setting up lease management, property accounting, facilities management, and other real estate-related functionalities within the SAP system.

Your responsibilities may also involve conducting workshops, gathering business requirements, designing solution architectures, and providing guidance to clients on best practices in real estate management.

You might also be involved in data migration, testing, training, and post-implementation support.

Given the complexity of real estate processes and regulations, your expertise in both SAP technology and real estate industry practices is crucial.

Staying updated with the latest SAP RE-FX functionalities, industry trends, and regulatory changes is also essential to provide effective consulting services to clients.
