We are looking to hire AP Instructors/Tutors who will be responsible with conducting 1:1 or group tutoring sessions with our students who are preparing for the AP Exams.
Our instructor must be able to teach students test-taking strategies and time management skills to maximize students' performances on the AP Exam.

This is a Flexible, Part-Time opportunity.QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in related field in tutoring
(required): - Master's degree in related field in tutoring from an accredited college or university
(preferred): - 1 year experience teaching AP courses as a tutor/teacher
(required): - Successful track record of developing student's knowledge in AP Test Prep
(required): - Professional communication skills (both spoken and written)
- Competent in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Able to work independently and collaborate with a team
- Enthusiastic about working with students and parents
- Able to maintain strict confidentiality
- Highly organized and detailoriented (attention to detail and accuracy is imperative)
- Ability to meet schedules and deadlines
- Good judgment and decisionmaking abilities

JOB DUTIES:
- Collaborate with the Director of Curriculum Development to develop lesson plans and curricula as needed
- Deliver interactive and engaging AP lessons
- Provide guidance and instruction on the content and format of the AP.
- Administer practice tests and analyze results to identify areas of improvement
- Assess students' progress through regular evaluations, including tests, assignments, and participation, and provide constructive feedback to support their educational development.
- Provide homework help as needed
- Able to lead a classroom of students effectively and work efficiently with students
- Good classroom management skills
Typical hours:
- Must be flexible Monday
- Friday from 2pm8pm, Saturdays from 10am4pm
