- Provides individual career, academic, and force development advisement to military personnel of all ranks, their dependents, and/or civilian personnel pursuing undergraduate/graduate, vocational, technical, licensure/certification, and professional development opportunities at various levels.
- Serves as technical expert on a variety of educational programs. Evaluates individual's potential and eligibility for a multitude of programs to include Community College of the Air Force (CCAF), Air Force commissioning, Defense Activity for Nontraditional Education Services (DANTES), non-resident professional military education (PME), and VA education benefits.
- Provides mass briefings and a variety of outreach and customer services duties. Prepares and conducts periodic outreach efforts for groups or units and promotes educational programs.
- Performs a variety of administrative duties related to the educational counseling program. Maintains program information and prepares a variety of reports or feeder information as required.
