Receptionist
PA Peterson is seeking a hard-working Receptionist to join our team.

A Receptionist welcomes visitors to the facility by greeting them, in person or on the telephone, directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories, and maintains security by following visitor/resident procedures.

Hours would be Saturday and Sunday 1 PM - 8PM, with possibility for more hours as available.

Receptionist/Administrative Assistant Essential Job Functions:

Answers phones and operates a switchboard.
Routes calls to facility departments.
Takes and relays messages to facility departments.
Greets visitors warmly and ensures they are comfortable.
Ensures reception is tidy.
Coordinates mail flow in and out of the facility.
Performs basic bookkeeping, filing, and clerical duties.
Assists Business Office Manager with accounts payable receipts.

Education and Experience Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize and work under pressure
Prior work experience handling receptionist responsibilities is preferred
