Your tasks:_

Organizing a childfriendly daily routine based on the educational concept of Kita StarKids, the Berlin educational program, and the situational approach
Taking responsibility for an agehomogeneous reference group (crib, elementary or preschool area)
Independently conducting the morning circle in your reference group
Planning, developing, and implementing open and closed projects
Accompanying and supporting our children during meals (breakfast, lunch, and snack)
Documenting the individual learning development of the children (portfolio work)

Your qualifications:_

Recognized training as an educator
First professional experience in kindergarten or crib (desirable)
Identification with the principles of a pedagogy that focuses on the individual development of the child
Loving and warm approach to children and their parents
Teamwork, empathy, initiative, and commitment
