Description
Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and execute a variety of events, including fundraisers, corporate meetings, weddings, and social gatherings
- Coordinate all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, menu planning, and audiovisual setup
- Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring expenses stay within allocated funds
- Collaborate with clients to understand their event objectives and customize event plans accordingly
- Oversee event setup and teardown, ensuring all details are executed flawlessly
- Provide exceptional guest services throughout the event to ensure a positive experience for attendees
- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure smooth coordination and execution of events
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in event planning or related field
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in budgeting and financial management for events
- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and best practices
- Familiarity with restaurant operations and catering services is a plus
